"Contemporary Issues and Ideas in Social Sciences" is a web journal open to all academics and researchers in economics and other social sciences. Contributions on any economic, political or social topic of contemporary relevance are welcome. The main purposes for which this journal has been started include encouragement of research on neglected but important problems, whether theoretical or empirical; and systematic and rigorous exposition of the full implications of some of the mainstream theories which have been propounded or have become important in the last few decades.
