Peer Review Process
All articles, notes, comments, comments and opinions, and surveys, submitted for publication in the journal are refereed. The book reviews commissioned by the Editorial Board are not refereed; unsolicited book reviews, however, are refereed. The letters to the editor will be published at the sole discretion of the Editorial Board. The discretion will however be applied in accordance with the principle that due consideration should be given to different viewpoints.
Decision on the submitted paper would be communicated to the author as far as possible within ten weeks of submission. The decision can be acceptance, rejection, or acceptance subject to clearly specified changes. In case the author is asked to revise, a decision on the revised paper would be communicated to the author as far as possible within six weeks of the submission of the revised version. The revised version of a submission will be rejected only on the ground that the revision does not conform to the specifications mentioned in the conditional acceptance communication.
